The best in the business
Let’s just start by our home buying experience started out on a rocky foot. With a lazy realtor and a lender that wanted a minimum of 90 day close.... where the market is so hot that houses are on the market for days before being sold. We switched our realtor, at first we were nervous to switch lenders but when they got us a higher approval amount with a lower interest rate it was a hard offer to turn down. Kym is amazing. The entire process was a breeze. They were so on top of it, we were in escrow for about 3 weeks with everything ready to go just waiting on closing day when the sellers were to move out. Toward the end there was a small hiccup in the process. And when I say Kym went above and beyond to fix the mistake and make it right is a complete understatement. There is not a single other person that I know whom would have done what she did to make sure her clients were taken care of. She truly cares about each and every person she comes in contact with. And however she can help, she will. That’s just the kind of person she is. If Zillow would let me give her more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.
